We want you to be fully satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused skateboards and scooters in their original packaging. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you get back on the road with a quick and easy exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused item in its original box, ensuring all tools, manuals, and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
